Agree with Holly Thanks for checking this out Holly. I almost opened an account. When everyone decides to stop doing business where lines are drawn along religious boundaries maybe the message will be heard. I got their name from a Penny Hoarder artcle. I hope they don't share these beliefs.

Good Luck accessing your account. I opened an account online and tried for 3 days to log in, only getting error messages. It kept sending me to a Together site. I contacted them and they could not help, telling me that the together site was not them, but when I typed in Brightpeak, that was the screen that always came up. After multiple emails I finally just gave up. If I can't even get into the account to finish setting it up, how safe are my funds. I have other online accounts with no issues.

Bait and switch Completed the online application in response to an ad for life insurance without a medical exam, and received an online confirmation. Then an email asking for a medical review and a nurses exam. A Christian cover for a very misleading experience.

The process to get disability was slow The process to get disability was quick at first and then very slow. I applied online so didn't have a representative but when I would email the account manager it would take days to get a response. I wish that the process had been a little more transparent. It was decent service.
