Very responsive and helpful! I had an issue signing my brother up for a True Link Visa (not True Link’s fault - he simply didn’t have sufficient “history”, so I reached out for help. They were extremely helpful, got him signed up and card activated very quickly!

They allow me to turn on and off specific stores, etc. Plus, as my client uses spoecific stores, they get added to the list that can be ALLOWed/BLOCKed This is effective in teaching budget limits, yet allows freedom to make choices. Keeps the games and apps at bay. My client thinks they are all free and unknowingly gets caught up in recurring monthly charges because of the very fine print. I recommend starting off with less restrictive spending limits, but definitely keeping the LINK's known "frauds" at bay from the start.

Excellent Assistance from representatives … I assist my nephew as far as monitoring his TrueLink card and any time there is a question or concern I received excellent assistance. The representatives go above and beyond on doing any research necessary and always explain fully zny response. I am very impressed.
