In other contexts, such as Zelle, funds are transferred and available right away. Victor at True Link Customer Service EXCELLENT Victor from True Link Customer Service responded to my email with questions regarding a True Link Debit Card transaction which I did not understand. He responded promptly, explained the process for that transaction with very good detail, and also offered a link to further information. In addition, the phone number was included should I need. Now that’s what I call excellent Customer Service!

I Love this card... it's perfect for our needs I have been using this card for my elderly mother, as she wasn't making good financial decisions. We've had to restrict her activities while still providing her some independence. This card has made monitoring her transactions and setting up appropriate restrictions really easy. And the couple times I had questions, the customer service team has been quick to respond, thorough and very helpful in guiding me to what I was trying to accomplish. I don't think we could have given my mother any financial independence if it weren't for this card. Thank you to the team!

Very responsive and helpful! I had an issue signing my brother up for a True Link Visa (not True Link’s fault - he simply didn’t have sufficient “history”, so I reached out for help. They were extremely helpful, got him signed up and card activated very quickly!

Super long hold times!! I got this card for a family member, the first time I transferred money from my linked bank account it took well over 7 days for the funds to clear. I understand the first couple of transfers would be slow to make sure there wasn't any fraud going on but even after the first two transfers the funds still aren't available to my family member for a full 7 business days. This card has caused more problems than its worth. I would NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone.
