good company to work with I found Business Backer to be easy to work with however I only gave an average rating. I wont recommend them to others because I find the quote system to not be consistent. Every time I call for a quote it seems to be at a different percentage. Reasons offered are too soon from other draw, or something else. Return customers that have proven themselves should be offered a better rate.

My experience with The Business Backer… My experience with The Business Backer has been amazing so far. I was shocked by how fast and easy the application process was. Just finished signing the contract to be funded. Customer service has been top notch. I look forward to continuing this relationship with the Business Backer. I would strongly recommend this company for small businesses loans.

Simply the easiest to work with A night-and-day difference in the quality of company compared to many others. Business Backer is professional, understanding, and most of all, informative. This is the place to go for funding. Not one of those pushy lenders that calls you every minute of the day and night. They work with you on your schedule, without any hassle and without the "push" that many lenders have.

Deceiving and Dishonest!! Ben, Cedric and Ian were very helpful and knowledgeable, so I thought!!!. They approved my business with Working Capital very fast and accurate but was not transparent with the fine print. When asked if I am able to refinance in 60days or so will I be able to go into a lower and better term loan, preferrably monthly instead of weekly, they both said Yes. Here it is Sept 2022, all my weekly payments on time, now they are asking for more paperwork than the original loan. Furthermore, come to find out they charged my company a high and unusual ,almost half of my loan amount, Advanced cost on top of what my loan was for. This was not explained to me and on the Business Backer contract there is a term "Future Receivable Cost". Apparently, this the apparent Advanced Cost according to my first billing statement, which was not explained to me either and ironically generated after I signed the contract. Lastly, when I gave Ben and Dana (Business Backer) a call to see why things changed its like they/Ben had developed a convenient memory loss of what was originally said to me. Its companies like these that prey on small businesses because we are just getting started and may not know much. Karma is real!!! If you know whats good for you... Please do not fall for the kindness of companies like this. That claim to want to assist your business...I will not be working with them again.

My Broker Business Backer has been wonderful however my broker Tony Rogers was an absolute liar, cheater and any other adjective I would prefer not use. Use Business Backer just STAY AWAY FROM TONY ROGERS. God helps those who help themselves, I hope Tony goes to church !!!!!!
