My Broker Business Backer has been wonderful however my broker Tony Rogers was an absolute liar, cheater and any other adjective I would prefer not use. Use Business Backer just STAY AWAY FROM TONY ROGERS. God helps those who help themselves, I hope Tony goes to church !!!!!!

Business Backer has been…Incredible! Business Backer has been extraordinarily flexible with my payments through the COVID crisis. THEY call me to see what, if any, payment works for me. Absolutely incredible customer service. I am not sure how I would had handled some of my other expenses without their caring attitude. Thank you to all of you at Business Backer!!!!

good company to work with I found Business Backer to be easy to work with however I only gave an average rating. I wont recommend them to others because I find the quote system to not be consistent. Every time I call for a quote it seems to be at a different percentage. Reasons offered are too soon from other draw, or something else. Return customers that have proven themselves should be offered a better rate.

The account managers seem clueless… The account managers seem clueless about what each other are doing. They call me many times per week and I tell them they need to call the finance dept in my company to get the information they need. I give them the correct contact person and a couple of days later a different person calls me again. Trying to get this corrected for a couple of months now.

Easy to work with Our loan officer Michelle was very helpful. I was very skeptical of using a company like this before, instead of a traditional bank, but they went above and beyond to help me feel good about everything and even helped us come up with a lower payment than we originally had.
