The good reviews are based on getting… The good reviews are based on getting coverage. If you want to cancel, then its hell on earth to get anything from them. They defiantly do not care about you or your vehicle. Companies like this should be illegal.

Matthew was helpful in explaining items… Matthew was helpful in explaining items covered in my contract and was patient in answering all my questions. When i called back to go over a few things he was once again knowledgeable and well versed in regards to my vehicle. I would recommend him for your service contract needs.

He worked hard to get me a nice price and was very detailed in his explanation of the policy. I have not had a need to use the warranty yet, but am hoping the experience will be as pleasant as working with Sam.

John Myers was incredible! John Myers was incredible! He was Professional, Knowledgeable and very easy to speak with, he also made sure we were taken care of and actually cared about our concerns which is not very common these days. Employee's like him are not easy to find, keep this young man at all costs!!!
