He was Professional, Knowledgeable and very easy to speak with, he also made sure we were taken care of and actually cared about our concerns which is not very common these days. Employee's like him are not easy to find, keep this young man at all costs!!!

My Representative was fabulous! My Representative, Zack, was fabulous! It is the best experience I have ever had dealing with a customer service rep. He was patient and incredibly helpful. I feel safe and secure with my warranty package for my Kia Sorento. I will be sending my daughters to him when their new vehicles are ready for an extended warranty program. I am so glad I found your company online!

Patient and Courteous With Total Auto Protect the phone conversation was very helpful and pleasurable. The representative even helped me get my bill paid in 2 payments,within a certain time frame of course. They were very patient with me and knew I wanted the maintenance contract or needed the contract.The price was definitely right and workable they take care of you and prices are so reasonable. I haven't had to use it yet but it all sounds so easy.

They have refused to cover almost… Despite buying their Premiere policy, they have refused to cover almost everything so far. Their favorite excuse is to say everything is normal wear and tear. Washer jet hoses broken on a 9 year old car? Normal wear and tear. Wheel bearing gone out? Normal wear and tear, despite wheel bearing specifically being listed as covered on my policy. What a waste of money this was. I will be contacting the BBB.

I have not had a need to use the warranty yet, but am hoping the experience will be as pleasant as working with Sam.
