Great Experience Great Experience, easy to use and funds available quickly. However the interest rate is outrageous and my "pay off" date was 2 months later than expected due to the interest. If I ever need this again, I will pay it off right away, not let the minimum payments be made out of my check. The customer service was amazing and always attentive to my questions! Will recommend them!

overpriced fees I feel that your fees are overpriced. They are in excess and I feel that it is not a convenience to the customer. As far as payoff goes I find your company to be greedy not wanting to release a customer after you have received more than what was borrowed. I will not be doing business with ace ever again. Not to mention that I was scammed in the process by someone using and imitating your companies name. It was the worst experience ever dealing with this company. I am also aware of the lawsuit against your company for illegal collection practices. Just not a company that I can ever see doing business with again, ever.

Absolutely amazing. Ace cash express has been there for me even when a regular pay day loan company wouldnt be. They are always so pleasant on the phone and even the personell in the stores have always been awesome. I would recommend anyone I know if they need a pay day loan or even an installment loan of any kind check Ace out.

Easy process although somewhat disconcerting! Completing the process was quick and easy, however the end product is a little bit problematic. I selected the date for my account to be debited and when the final papers were submitted to me I noticed that the dates had been changed forward when the date I requested fell on a weekend or holiday. I think it is more than a little presumptuous that my payroll would follow suit. I would think that the date would have been moved to the next business day and not the previous! Otherwise a necessary service in an emergency.

Great company! I did my loan online very easily. It was a great experience. I paid the loan at my local office, and the ladies I dealt with there were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a tremendous experience and I would definitely recommend them.
