overpriced fees I feel that your fees are overpriced. They are in excess and I feel that it is not a convenience to the customer. As far as payoff goes I find your company to be greedy not wanting to release a customer after you have received more than what was borrowed. I will not be doing business with ace ever again. Not to mention that I was scammed in the process by someone using and imitating your companies name. It was the worst experience ever dealing with this company. I am also aware of the lawsuit against your company for illegal collection practices. Just not a company that I can ever see doing business with again, ever.

never again I did a online loan i will NEVER give them my money again. I took out a loan for 400 i had to pay 800 back hell naw then when i called customer service to call to pay early they told me the total i had to pay, corporate was telling me something different (trying to make me pay more money) i dont suggest them to anyone. Horrible service also

etremely great people I took out a payday loan and was having a problem in getting it paid off on time. Ace gave me the option to convert it to an installment loan. I took that option and they gave me affordable payments and were happy to do so. Ace is a trustworthy company and will always be available to help out,
