Absolutely the worst Absolutely worst. What a nightmare! Do not use unless you don’t want to close on time (or not at all). Terrible customer support. Unorganized. And - worst yet- ignorant as to industry regulations and standards. Switched to a different company and transaction was smooth. What a mistake and waste of time and money it was to deal with Jet Direct. Never again.
