Jameila Parker was my representative, she was very attentive and supportive throughout the process, provided explanations where needed and helped explored the best loan type for me and my wife, this resulted in us getting the best interest rate and monthly payment we could afford. The Jet direct secured online portal for uploading documents is also very easy to understand and it keeps track of your progress until the finish line. Absolutely the worst Absolutely worst. What a nightmare! Do not use unless you don’t want to close on time (or not at all). Terrible customer support. Unorganized. And - worst yet- ignorant as to industry regulations and standards. Switched to a different company and transaction was smooth. What a mistake and waste of time and money it was to deal with Jet Direct. Never again.
