Portal not working, very hard to access my info When I took out a loan from CF they were very nice and pretty good with the customer service. Recently though, perhaps the last 3 months, their customer portal has not worked for me and I can't access simple info about my loan. When I used their chat feature it was very hard to get the representative to give me the simplest info about my loan. And be aware, 28.5% annual interest is extremely high. more than half of my monthly payments have been going toward interest. I am not sure if there is new ownership but something is definitely not working over there right now.

Wow! A bunch of crap! Wow! I’d give this company 0 stars if I could! This company hounded me for weeks to finish my application by sending over my bank statements. Despite the poor rating on Trust Pilot, and therefore, against my better judgement, I sent them to the specific e-mail they supplied to me. They said they cannot move forward with the loan process because I did not link my bank account! They have all the bank information they need and now too much personal information! It’s a scam to get your personal info they are not entitled to… Stay clear of this company 1000%!
