The first agent that took my call… The first agent that took my call started the lending process and then just disappeared. I thought I had used a fraudulent company! I called the customer service number and got Lindsay. She took our file over and started to get everything back on track. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the process took too long and right when I thought we were going to sign, there was a change and we were told we were going to have to do a first and second on our house. Lindsay saved the day again and she was able to get our refinance back to the original agreement. Lindsay was always available and although things got rocky at the end, she stayed in touch and followed through on her commitments.

My experience with Better Lending My experience with Better Lending was a good one! My senior loan officer Trena was very attentive and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. She was present during closing time to troubleshoot any mishaps! I appreciate all the the constant communication and the professionalism as well. I would definitely recommend!
