GBThe first agent that took my call… The first agent that took my call started the lending process and then just disappeared. I thought I had used a fraudulent company! I called the customer service number and got Lindsay. She took our file over and started to get everything back on track. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the process took too long and right when I thought we were going to sign, there was a change and we were told we were going to have to do a first and second on our house. Lindsay saved the day again and she was able to get our refinance back to the original agreement. Lindsay was always available and although things got rocky at the end, she stayed in touch and followed through on her commitments.

GBPrior to trying to refi with better… Prior to trying to refi with better lending I tried with American finance. American finance paid for my appraisal and at the end I was unable to refi because I needed reserves that I didn't have..no biggie... then better lending told me they didn't see why I needed reserves and could refi and get me a great rate.. after a month of dealing with the paperwork and getting my appraisal that I had to pay 700.00 to get. They asked if I had reserves and that if I didn't they couldn't help me. So at the end of all this. I'm not getting my refi and I'm out 700 bucks for things I told them about and Sean told me oh no no you will be great we will get this all done... worst experience ever.
