I invested $9000.00 in November of 2023… I invested $9000.00 in November of 2023 and received a letter from equity trust stating they were no longer doing business with oxford gold because they had not received my gold to LA Brinks.Ive called and left messages with no return calls and did talk to some lady who said they were working on it and she would call me back and let me know how things are going haven't heard back from anyone in weeks. Any suggestions on what i should do?

Absolute disappointed and troubled by… Absolute disappointed and troubled by Oxford gold group. If not for the equity Trust Company, I would still be unaware to this date, almost a year, this May that my "$50000 in gold and silver had not been deposited in the Delaware depository that Oxford gold had assured me It would be.Three times I've contacted them and three times I have not had my phone call return. Or they told me they would get back with me and did not. I'm started to think I've been taken.

Top of the line services!!! Oxford Gold came highly recommended by couple of radio hosts and they definitely delivered an excellent service. Sam and Derek were very helpful from the start. Since my husband and I had never dealt with buying precious metals, we had a lot of questions. They explained the types of different products the company sells and the whole process of purchasing and follow up calls. They were professional, patient and friendly. I will definitely return to this company due to trust and great experience. Thank you once again, guys!

broken promises I opened an account November 2023. My precious metals were to be deposited in 4-6 weeks. In February 2024 I received a letter from the holding company stating they were no longer doing business with Oxford Gold Group. I contacted my rep at OGG and was fed a much of crap. I told him I lost confidence in OGG and wanted a full refund. The rep advised me to contact the owner of OGG. The owner stated I would receive my initial investment in 5-7 business days. This NEVER happened. I made several phone calls and sent several emails to the owner and my rep with NO response. I will continue to try and make contact with the owner and rep and also contact the FTC, BBB, and any agency that can do an investigation into OGG. I would NOT recommend OGG to anyone interested in buying precious metals for many reasons; lack of professionalism, lack of positive customer service and broken promises...

Great company with real professionals I've had very bad experience with 2 other supposedly top companies that dealt with precious metals IRAs. Their customer service was so horrible that I decided to go elsewhere. Thankfully I found Oxford Gold Group. Sam Firozkar, my broker, and "Storm", in the retirement department, were very professional, courteous and well versed in their areas. They were very patient in answering all my questions, walked me through the process step by step and gave me all the support I needed to open an account and rollover an IRA from another company. I highly recommend Oxford Gold Group if you're thinking about buying precious metals. Really nice people to work with.
