Ontrack has really been amazing Ontrack has really been amazing. After working with them on a bridge loan in December, they were now able to secure me a line of credit of 750k over 5 years. A representative named Max really was a pleasure to work with. He secured my beige loan and when the term ended, he secured my line of credit as promised. I highly recommend calling Ontrack and hearing about their programs.

Do not use this company We were promised a 2 loan deal, the first loan that needed to be paid for 8 weeks before the 2nd and larger loan could distribute. Several weeks before the 2nd loan was due to deposit we contacted the person we had been working with who did not respond to emails, text, or voicemail. Several numbers were tried and they were either not working or not available. We did receive one response via email from the guy saying he was "on vacation". If you are on vacation a reputable company would have a back-up listed in case your customers needed assistance. Of course we never received a response and did not get the 2nd loan. Before going through with the deal I spoke to several people and was PROMISED that we would get the second loan. I asked to get that in writing and they said there was no need since we had the contract. I wish I recorded that conversation because we were guaranteed verbally that we would receive the second loan. This company is extremely deceptive and would no recommend anyone moving forward with them. This has created a financial hardship as we made business decisions based on the promise that was made to us in February on getting this second loan. This has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety and the lack of care with this company is apparent.

Company is a fraud Company is a fraud. I made the mistake of attempting to get business funding through them. They stated they had to do a short term, high interest loan with a third party before they could offer a lower interest 36 month loan for the same amount, paying off the short term after 4 payments. Contracts were signed for both loans. 36 month term was to begin 2/1/2023. Several attempts to contact Ontrack by phone, text and email have been ignored. They wont even answer their phones (except for the two times they did answer and pretended they could not hear me. In addition, after submitting emails to the listed customer help desk, I received an email that two contracts have been voided in DocuSign. The contracts are not there and this was done after the effective dates of the contracts. I have names, dates of conversations, text messages and email. This companies fraudulent business practices have created a financial hardship. Much of this falls on e but I trusted The Trustpilot and BBB ratings for this company.
