I’ve heard the way this company speak… I’ve heard the way this company speak to people and it’s absolutely disgusting. There is no way this is a professional legitimate business, avoid at all costs!!

Fast Refund group is scam Fast Refund group is scam, all they do were to tell me to file dispute with banks by myself which I have done all them before I hired them. They said they have lawyers and better strategy to get my money back in a few weeks. They drafted formulated letters with some "better" wording, as matter of fact, they kept writing wrong statement in every letter so I have to correct them over and over for each letter. They did not respond to me for weeks, Some time after many weeks they responded saying “they are working on the next effective step”. After I waited for weeks, they came out with the same dispute letter with the exact same letter (only change the dates). After they are out of tricks, they change to a new person, and repeat everything previous persons had done, and the person go to no responsive routing for weeks, then they change to another person (change 4 persons), to repeat over again. I have been told "after this step, they have more effective strategy", but they never bring me any thing effective steps. Now eventually, they totally ignore all my emails. Fast Refund Group is scam, totally.

Rebound scam Rebound scam. For a year they strung me along and wasted my time. Case manager transferred me to 5 different case workers none of which produced any results. When I requested a refund I was disassociated. Total fraud, IMO

Seems that this company works together… Seems that this company works together with Ellis and Burlington which can not be trusted. They have shared my details between the 2 companies. I would stay away from them, better safe than sorry.
