No follow through They’re quick, but you kind of get lost in the process, there was no follow-up. I had to contact cash call to get information regarding required documents. There was no communication regarding funds needed to close, when they said there would be no closing costs. I was contacted the day before my rate expired asking me for a check. The notary person they sent made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I emailed the loan processor to see if my loan funded, received a one word email “yesterday”. Wouldn’t recommend cash call to anyone else.

Smooth sailing to closing... Let me begin with a heartfelt thank you to Andrew Kiemm and Racquel Bantiles who were extremely helpful above and beyond there expected job. It was with out a doubt an experience that we were skeptical about due to our credit situation, but Andrew was there for assurance and help getting us over those hurdles. Other than just having to wait for some of the standard procedures such as a home inspection, everything was smooth sailing and painless. Thanks again Andrew and Racquel. This is the worst company for anyone… This is the worst company for anyone who wants an honest process. The "Manager" John was rude and said he would have answers but did not, he never called back or handled my loan process. We finally started another application and it was done by the time this company called us for more items! I had to call the manager so many times, he finally referred me back to the processor who did not respond to me either. Buyer beware.

After talking to Loan officer and … After talking to Loan officer and providing personal information, and to expect a follow up status later that day, however, shortly thereafter, after calling and leave a voicemail to ask for status updates over many times no one respond to emails or calls.. What a waste of time and he has all my personal info!!.. SMH

Great experience on my home refinance Great experience on my home refinance. I still cant believe it how smooth & easy & how fast it went less then two weeks no hassles. Great customer service. Very fast & accurate. I had tried Pacific Marine,Union Bank,Loan Depot,Ocwen & California Coast Credit Union & none of those could help me. I almost gave up until my husband heard this company on the radio thats when he called John at Cashcall & him & Amy made my loan close in about 10days. Wow im so greatfull for this great company. I will recommend it to anyone.😊
