Great Job CC (CashCall) closed the loan within 40 days of receiving my call. The reps were very responsive and always took my call or called me back immediately. I have closed many real estate loans with varying types of lenders and have never had a better experience. Who'd go to Wells, Chase or any of the others when you have the CC option? Great experience on my home refinance Great experience on my home refinance. I still cant believe it how smooth & easy & how fast it went less then two weeks no hassles. Great customer service. Very fast & accurate. I had tried Pacific Marine,Union Bank,Loan Depot,Ocwen & California Coast Credit Union & none of those could help me. I almost gave up until my husband heard this company on the radio thats when he called John at Cashcall & him & Amy made my loan close in about 10days. Wow im so greatfull for this great company. What an amazing experience What an amazing experience, my finances and package is not an easy one and it was none quickly and efficiently and I worked with two of the most amazing and professional people. First Steven Spriggs and Lydia Vidriales. Lydia went above and beyond her call of duty and helped me every step of the way and she never once got angry when I had to ask questions or lagged in getting her the paperwork. Thank you so much for helping me when I needed it the most. I can honestly say that this refinance and cash out has saved my life for myself and my children.

After talking to Loan officer and … After talking to Loan officer and providing personal information, and to expect a follow up status later that day, however, shortly thereafter, after calling and leave a voicemail to ask for status updates over many times no one respond to emails or calls.. What a waste of time and he has all my personal info!!.. SMH

CashCall does a great job We called CashCall on February 19, 2018 and spoke to Nathan Yates, we explained our situation to Nathan. Nathan told us he thought he could help us resolve the problem. We started the application that day. We closed the loan on March 12, 2018 and it was funded on March 16, 2018. Nathan Yates and Will Payton handled it in a very professional and respectful way, we were at ease through out the process. We will recommend CashCall to nay of our friends who need this service.
