GBDamage Card Replacement I called to ask why my replacement card hadn't arrived. Rep was friendly and courteous. Rep assured me that I would receive my card soon and credit back the expedite fee that was charged for mailing out card, since it was past the three business days.

GBBuyer Beware As a credit card, it is not bad technically, but if you want an increase in your credit limit, they will charge you. I recently received a message from them allowing me to increase my credit limit by $100, but they will charge me $19.95 for this increase. That speaks for itself about what kind of company this is. I was not charged an annual fee, but I am not going to waste my time with a company that charges their customers for credit limit increases.

GBI called to advise I accidentally made… I called to advise I accidentally made two payments this month and I wanted to remove one. He confirmed and said the extra payment had been removed. So quick the response and I feel relieved that it was corrected so quickly. Excellent Thank you Marina Westcott

GBCustomer service was very helpful Customer service was very helpful. I made the mistake when setting up my auto payment date, I didn’t realize that they start their calendar date on a Monday vs Sunday. I normally get paid n 4th Wednesday if the month. I THOUGHT I picked the last Wednesday by picking middle of calendar when I ACTUALLY picked a Thursday. Watch for this. They did reimburse me and I changed my auto date myself.
