GBhad a conversation last month with one… had a conversation last month with one of your representatives, making it sound like I would not have a late fee for next month that I will be credited. She neglected to tell me where that money was being credited to which was towards the “balance”. It’s very sneaky and deceiving. I can’t wait to pay the balance off to close this credit card. And if there are something I can write a review so I can warm people about your company about these late fees I will. So if I am a day late on my billing cycle that month, I will be charged a late fee. Next billing cycle I will still be charged and punished a late fee for being late last month. That is wrong. It is a rip off you’re making money off of that from middle class people.

GBThe customer service is terrible The customer service is terrible! I made a payment three weeks ago online that did not show up the next day. It showed no record of that payment being made so I made a second one like an idiot, which resulted in two payments, going through my bank, and one of them not being authorized. They have suspended my account and charged me a $25 NSF fee even though my bank waived all fees because they said it was not authorized. I’m getting nowhere with this company.

GBmaintenance fee I have never use the card and they are starting to charge maintenance fee, Then a week later they charge me more maintenance fee on top of what they where charging me before. Why charge a maintenance fee when I haven't use their worthless card. I wouldn't recommend that card to my worst enemy. I cancelled the worthless card, and they had the audacity of sending me another bill for maintenance fee, making my bill higher. I do not recommend this card to anyone, they will charge the hell out of you.

GBDamage Card Replacement I called to ask why my replacement card hadn't arrived. Rep was friendly and courteous. Rep assured me that I would receive my card soon and credit back the expedite fee that was charged for mailing out card, since it was past the three business days.

GBBuyer Beware As a credit card, it is not bad technically, but if you want an increase in your credit limit, they will charge you. I recently received a message from them allowing me to increase my credit limit by $100, but they will charge me $19.95 for this increase. That speaks for itself about what kind of company this is. I was not charged an annual fee, but I am not going to waste my time with a company that charges their customers for credit limit increases.
