I was Having issues with a payment. I was Having issues with a payment.. The lady in support was beyond excellent, she took care of my problem and walked me through the "how to". She had me fixed up in minutes. All support rep companies could take lessons from this group. A+

The customer service is terrible The customer service is terrible! I made a payment three weeks ago online that did not show up the next day. It showed no record of that payment being made so I made a second one like an idiot, which resulted in two payments, going through my bank, and one of them not being authorized. They have suspended my account and charged me a $25 NSF fee even though my bank waived all fees because they said it was not authorized. I’m getting nowhere with this company.

Damage Card Replacement I called to ask why my replacement card hadn't arrived. Rep was friendly and courteous. Rep assured me that I would receive my card soon and credit back the expedite fee that was charged for mailing out card, since it was past the three business days.
