For over 1 year they have been supporting my business, I have neither visited their office nor met my loan officer but she has been satisfying my requests online. Your interest rate is VERY high, Your interest rate is VERY high, You have hidden charges like administrative charge etc. Your daily debit method does not go well with businesses Your staff doesn't know the difference between old, reliable customers and new ones. No preferential treatment for we that's been with you for years now, rather they call and threaten you when there's a default (not customer fault o) Your loan recovery officials are very harsh and quick to threaten customer even when the fault is from you not debiting the customer as agreed. For example, if there can be an option of 3month payment where by we get loan and pay back in 3month ,meaning 1st and 2nd month will be for the interest only while the 3rd month will be for both capital and interest for 3rd month. Actually I must say a very big thank… Actually I must say a very big thank you to lidya finance. I've been a partner for about 2-3yrs now and I must confess the service provided is nice. My suggestion is, it would also be nice if regular partners could be place on a long term loan at least 6months interval or 1yr. This will also enable the customer have enough time to recycle the fund for adequate output. Thanks.
