I read a few negative reviews here I read a few negative reviews here, but I never had any problems with deposits or withdrawals. Especially with the last. So I don't get it why people are writing these things. This is a regulated broker and they are very careful with your money. I guess misunderstandings happen. The trading process may be complicated and sometimes even frustrating for the trader, but this doesn't mean that your broker is a scam.

Incompetent Brokers Scam I joined Phoenix Markets 6 months ago with the intention of learning my initial investment was £500. I was assigned a trading assistant who only pressured me to add more money. All the technical analysis from their trading central platform was only making me loss for months while making them profit through daily swap charges. After a couple of months of adding more fund my account was in danger another account manager took over requesting I add more money for him to save the account, I added a bit more but was just a continuation of the previous guy...so I stopped and closed my account. Be very careful they are scammers and are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

I always prefer a professional… I always prefer a professional regulated broker, even though they have some strict rules. I have more than 5 years trading with different brokers out there. I must admit Phoenix is one of the best brokers for experienced traders. They truly respects the client. A perfect solution for full-time traders.

I think it's fraud I think it's fraud. They try to trick me to use anydesk, so they can see my personal bank information. I don't trust them. Getting money back after investing has not been possible.
