This is not a matter of conversations with your account manager, this is a matter of rules and criteria set by an international authority. The broker cannot afford to lose its license just to scam one of its clients. So no one is scamming you. It's time to grow up and take responsibility for your actions.

FCA Closure I find all of these reviews to be fictitious..... My Account with Phoenix Markets was closed by the FCA on May 17th 2021 so how anyone can still be trading with them from the UK is impossible. BE CAREFUL and DO NOT trade with this company. My star review is actually 0......I would love to make contact with any other UK client who were trading with Phoenix and had their accounts closed as im trying to get my money back
