Started out good Started out good. Was led to believe I would be able to avoid court and garnishments. wrong! My first creditor was negotiated and paid off with no problems. my next 2 creditors, Capitol One and BoA sent their accounts to a collection agency, Blitz and Gains. Received a call from NDRS rep that an agreement was reached with both accounts and that court was a formality. The Capital O e account was to be paid first then the BOA account. Still paying into a 3rd part account from which Capital One is being paid and now find out that I am being garnished by Blitz and Gains for the other account. just am keeping up with living expenses as it is and now am looking at bankruptcy. Can't get a straight answer out of anyone once I am fortunate enough to actually get a hold of anyone. Garnishing 25% of my pay. Blitz and Gains will not speak with me since NDRS is representing me. Try to call NDRS. Have had one maybe 2 calls finally returned. Right now I really wish I had never gotten involved with them.

In the last couple of years ... In the last couple of years we acquired 6 credit cards to deal with increased expenses and loss of a job. We relied on the credit cards for daily living and before we knew it, they were maxed out. The minimum payments and interest began to rise and so we turned to Nationwide. We reduced the balance on the first card by $3,000.00 and the second was reduced by $1,200.00. The third one is being negotiated. Our credit score has come up as these debts being settled. We are so thankful we found the right people to take care of this for us. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we got into this mess but now through the program we are getting out of it.

Nationwide Debt Reduction Services… Nationwide Debt Reduction Services helped us get above water after years of struggle. We can finally relax without all the debt over our heads. Student loans and credit card debt had really piled up on us. I'm very pleased with the service they provided us with!

Wish I would have known... I have been in this program for over a year and only one of credit cards has been settled. I have deposited $5500 and they have taken $2000 and pocketed it. I received a garnishment in the mail from one of the companies they were supposed to be working with. The customer service agent on the phone at NDRS even admitted they received an offer from said company and did nothing about it. I can't get ahold of anyone at this company anymore, not for weeks. The number just plays continous music and no one ever answers. I now have no choice but to file bankruptcy before this company garnishes over $5000 which I don't have because I have been putting all of my money into this NDRS. There are consequences for settling debit where you must claim the amount discharged as income on your taxes. I wasn't informed about this from NDRS. I figured it out from my attorney.

I was having a terrible time with my… I was having a terrible time with my credit card debt and the interest rates were so high there was no way I could catch up. I received a letter from nationwide and decided to call. My experience was extremely positive and far exceeded my expectations.
