I called today, and Colin answered, I requested he have Eric call me back to answer a question I had on a previous conversation about Option trading. Colin was helpful in answering chart questions I had while waiting for Eric to be free to call me back. I've spoken to Eric on several occasions. Eric is extremely knowledgeable, whether it's about stocks, options trading, or understanding how to take full advantage of the Tradesmith algorithm system. With Eric's help, I've acquired a better understanding of Options Trading and how to take full advantage of your Tradesmith system, making money along the way. Tradesmith is a great company to do… Tradesmith is a great company to do business with. I had a misunderstanding with a subscription i bought. They were very understanding with the problem and resolved it with no problems what so ever. Tradesmith stands behind there products. Would recommend 👌

Gave me a strategy to rework my portfolios Wow! I am amazed! I can't tell you how grateful I am for the session I had with Mark 2/1/2024! He helped me rework my portfolios by introducing me to a strategy that I had not considered, and explaining the different tools we used along the way. Free of a time limit*, we considered various tools that I can now research on my own. It was all so very helpful to me. We worked well together, so not only was our session super productive for me, it was a real pleasure! Thank you for that Mark! *A delay on my part meant my concierge appointment with Bruno did not happen, which is how I worked with Mark. FYI

Support by Avy The support person, Avy, was extremely knowledgeable, and patient, and determined to get me what I was looking for. It wasn't enough that we got to the individual publication but she was determined to help me get that one particular screen that I saw during the presentation that I watched. She tried different approaches and was, humble enough to say that she was going to ask her colleagues, when we were not getting what I was looking for. Finally took about 15 minutes but she delivered. I have previous experiences where the support person suggests: "just go back to where we were and 'play around' to see if you might run into what you had seen and want to access." Avy needs to be acknowledged for how she performed; and commended for not giving up (as I have experienced with other support persons but NOT with Tradesmith).
