The service has no right to act in such a way, namely to misappropriate someone else's funds. On my attempts to contact support, I received only template messages time after time, thus I conclude that the service is a total scam. Today I am finishing writing a complaint to ic3, let the feds deal with you.

Their claim "Shop online with cryptocurrency" even if it's working somewhere is missing a something very very important. It should be - "shop online in a limited group of stores". I didn't find a single seller accepting their card. Mostly they was 100% U.S. residents. Sometimes it's like that Payments must be processed in the US. However, mostly just we can't process your card message from the seller. P.S. Their refunds aren't refunds as well, you're getting their credits instead of something useful. As you can see - at least they are consistent. ↓ A lie - I sent few mails to their support 2 weeks ago about refund, had been ignored.

Love using paywithmoon Love using paywithmoon! Very simple and straightforward way to convert crypto to a virtual visa to use anywhere in the USA. I like that they keep making updates to make the product better- easily delete fiat dust left on cards to be saved as $ credit. Also like seeing the list of my transactions. Support team is great, communicative and helpful, but response time could be a bit faster. Also especially like the occasional sats back deals!
