GBExcellent customer service… Today I called into Customer Service and got some great assistance from Christopher Holden. Ubiquity and my payroll provider are now in sync! He helped me understand the great news communicated in too much detail in a prior email. He also helped me learn how to make an off cycle contribution for myself. Such great assistance!!

GBUbiquity trainwreck from start to finish... I have a PCRA account with Charles Schwab in which Ubiquity is the administrator. I have verified with Schwab that there is NO NAMED TRUSTEE on the PCRA account. I have been informed by Schwab that only Ubiquity has the authority to name me as Trustee over my company PCRA account, I am a small business owner with just myself and my wife participating in the safe harbor 401k at Ubiquity. The advice I was given by Ubiquity is to terminate my agreement with them and that would "release my money" but that is extremely poor fiduciary advice because that would freeze and lock my money into the PCRA account at Schwab since there is no named Trustee. I have been trying to communicate with Ubiquity for months regarding this issue with absolutely no help and refusal to let me speak with a manager that understands what they are doing. I am thankful to the PCRA team at Schwab for providing me with good advice and I am in complete shock at the lack of customer service, fiduciary responsibility, and knowledge at Ubiquity. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM DEALING WITH THE SAME DISASTER, DO NOT WALK BUT RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have had nothing but issues with this company from day one, I trusted their marketing that they focus on helping small business owners but they dont, they only take your business and leave you with no direction, no communication, and charge you quarterly to treat you like trash.

GBThis company is the worst 401K company… This company is the worst 401K company I have ever been forced to allow to hold my 401K contributions. They make changes to one's investments, changing where and how much is invested WITHOUT your express approval. Even when you are explicitly denied them the rights to 'rebalance'. Then they argue with you and refuse to change your investments back, costing one significant earnings and leaving you stuck with the funds that charge the highest fees. If your employer chooses this company for 401Ks, FIND A ANOTHER Employer.

GBBeyond disgusted with this pathetic company! The sheer level of incompetence of this company is hard to believe or understand. We needed a managed plan for 2 people. The process began in Oct/Nov of 2022. The new managed plan was opened in Feb/March 2023. The rollover from the original 401K finally happened in mid Nov 2023. Everything was set up incorrectly from the start and here we are basically 2 weeks before the end of the year and I am still be asked for new documents to finish the process even though I have had innumerable calls and discussions with multiple people at Ubiquity over the last 10 months. Dealing with this company is beyond frustrating and you would do yourself a big favor by heeding this review and others like it and avoid this company at all costs.

BEI had a lot of contact with the people Darla Fulmer and Chris Billman I had a lot of contact with the people of Ubiquity about the 401K-plan. As I'm from Belgium, it's not always to understand everything because we don't know such a plan. The help of both Darla Fulmer and Chris Billman is so much appreciated. They've both tried to give me as much information as possible for me to understand everything. Their help was worth as gold and is really appreciated.
