Monthly Dog/Cat Toy & Treat Box I signed up for a monthly box and also added a donation to a program for Veterinary Services for those not able to pay. I was never sent a package shipping number but I was contacted when they attempted to charge my debit card, again for another box. It has been 16 days and I am still waiting on my first box.I contacted the company about not receiving my first box, I was referred back to the website's FAQ. I have canceled my account and will be requesting a refund. I cannot and will not recommend this company. Terrible experience.

We love pet treater! We love pet treater! It comes with just the right amount of goodies, I love that we can still get a little surprise every month without collecting a mountain of toys. Always arrived when expected for us, sometimes even earlier than the expected arrival date.

Began On A Bad Foot I placed my initial order with Pet Treater on August 7. One August 9, my account showed that Newgistics had picked up my order to deliver to USPS. One week after placing my order (August 14), it still showed that my order still had not been delivered to USPS. I contacted them and was told that my order was shipped out on August 13. They told me that it takes 48 hours for tracking to show any movement. As of August 15, my order still has not been received by USPS. I canceled my subscription. It's sad because I was really looking forward to this. I may never receive this, but that most definitely have my money.

I am a new customer to petreater I am a new customer to petreater. My welcome box came in time and was satisfactory. I am still waiting to get my first month subscription box. 31 days and counting. After contacting the support team, I was given a prompt reply that my box would be sent priority shipping right away and a confirmation email will be sent when shipped. That was 4 days ago. When I contacted them again, I was given another excuse and another promise. CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL!

Pet Treater is PERFECT For the price, this pet subscription is perfect! My pup loves plush toys and treats but he doesn't go through them very quickly, so I choose Pet Treater's mini dog pack over other subscriptions like Bark Box that are too expensive and give me too much stuff! With Pet Treater, for only $15 I can get usually one toy, a bag of treats and an extra baked snack, plus other surprises that are different every month! This is perfect for my Slade, and by the time the new pack arrives, he is ready for it!
