GBCan't beat it!!! Absolutely loving this mothly box. I searched through many subscription services before I found a sustainably affordable option for us. This started as an attempt to show my Australian Shepherd that the mail people are not vicious intruders and can bring goodies. But we're hooked and keeping the subscription because it's so affordable and the products are all good quality, treats made in USA and up to our standards, etc.

GBBegan On A Bad Foot I placed my initial order with Pet Treater on August 7. One August 9, my account showed that Newgistics had picked up my order to deliver to USPS. One week after placing my order (August 14), it still showed that my order still had not been delivered to USPS. I contacted them and was told that my order was shipped out on August 13. They told me that it takes 48 hours for tracking to show any movement. As of August 15, my order still has not been received by USPS. I canceled my subscription. It's sad because I was really looking forward to this. I may never receive this, but that most definitely have my money.

GBFinal Follow Up Well, Day 20 and parcel arrived by USPS Parcel Select. This has to be the equivalent of Media Snail Mail. No clue on the cost of this gift but contents may cost $10. Word of caution, do not give a kitten or cat a toy that items can be pulled from causing a choke hazzard. A much needed update on communication, notification of shipping and tracking may be a good idea on your part. I have no clue now on when my next parcel ships.

GBLove the Blue Box!!!!! The minute the blue box arrives our kitties are all over it! Toys immediately become prized possessions, treats are devoured and they look adorable in bows or bandanas. The empty blue box also provides hours of fun as they "sled" throughout the house! LOL! So glad our pet sitter recommended Pet Treater!

GBNot worth it I loved the first box that I received, but after the first box it seems that Pet Treater (owned by Jammin Butter) has a really horrible business practice of stating that your item has been shipped only for a week or two to pass and their still to be no movement or updates on your shipment or tracking. Moreso, customer service is non existent. I would not recommend unless something changes.
