Our dog Snow is always excited to receive his box and loves the toys (he always like them better than the thousand of toys he already has), the treats are very good too and we have a picky eater (he also has food allergy and pet treater is always cautious and we never receive anything he allergic too!, we appreciate that so much).

If I could rate zero stars I would… If I could rate zero stars I would worst customer service and the longest shipping time ever. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone

Not size specific Cancelling was a breeze. However I have Chi's. Specifically stated that when enrolling. Both shipments contained treats, scarfs and toys suited for large breeds. Thinking they're not equipped for small dog items? I should’ve read the reviews. They aren’t accommodating to small breeds.

If I could give a 0 I would If I could give a 0 I would. The treatment is trash, and the membership is worse. If you ask anything, you are basically wrong. Unless you want to pay to be mistreated this membership is not for you.

Delays I orders on the 4th of January and still have not received anything they have the worst customer service. They said they couldn’t refund me, I stupidly paid for 3 months in advance. It’s been 20 days and I have not gotten anything these people are the worst
