STILL CANT GET INTO MY TRADING ACCOUNTS I’ve been a loyal customer to nova for over 6 months, I’ve had payouts previously with relatively no problems but I’m beyond disappointed with the way last month has gone. I received my new accounts at the start of April and couldn’t get logged in due to new mt4 migration (no problem) 3 weeks on from the migration I still can not get logged on to my accounts. I keep getting fobbed off with ‘we will email you when sorted’ and ignored on live chat so I have no idea what is going on. I have asked to speak to a manager and have been ignored again. Will be taking my business elsewhere very soon.

It's now been 15 business days and… It's now been 15 business days and still haven't received my payout or new trading credentials from Nova. My withdrawal was done since thr 11th April and it was reviewed and approved. Nova clearly don't respect their traders. 2 days delayed is understandable but 15 business days its bad. Gonna find a new prop firm. SPT, Funding next or lark Funding atleast they pay their traders on time! Account number: 1181481

Great Prop Firm! Great Prop Firm. Very reliable with payouts. The people that are leaving the bad reviews are the dummy's who have been caught trying to scam by either not following Nova's rules, Hedging, Copy trading, or account management. Then they have the nerve to jump on Trustpilot and leave a false review because they choose to cheat this firm, then get on here and cry they didn't get paid. If you follow their rules, you WILL get paid. Myself, and 275+ students have been paid. Keep up the great work Nova!

Another bad review unfortunately Another bad review unfortunately. Nova pays but not in a timely manner and now another hold up. I have been waiting on my new credentials for a week! It has NEVER taken this long. Now I lost a week of trading to start on my 80/20 split account. This is a horrible look. Most likely will go to another prop firm and get a refund because this is ridiculous
