Nova used to be a good firm, but from my observation now, I think they are using delay tactics to keep traders out of the market. My MantaTrade login is not working Hello, I saw on the telegram group that trades that are having issues with login,are having new funded accounts, however I still have not received any. My current account is 1183197 and server is MantaTrade-Live. It has been close to two month with this problem. Can you please tell me how long this problem will continue and when can I have the account to trade? Thanks Update: thank you...lets see how long this will take now... I will give a couple more days to have the problem solved and upgrade the star rate to 5 once solved.

Asked for payout … no response Site is all bugged operations aren’t shown correctly on the report. Payout request only via mail. Asked for my payou, sent the email with all the info (name surname, mt4 account number, nova account number, withdrawal method and address), and after 2 days still no response. Wrote back… no answer… Oh and also… tried to chat with a live agent… yeah don’t bother no one ever responded on the live chat Mt4 account number: 1172140

I have been a loyal customer to Nova… I have been a loyal customer to Nova for about a year now, but I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care and attention that Nova is giving me back. I have been waiting for my payout for over 3 weeks now and I can't trade because I'm waiting to get my account back. This is the second time that this happens, I have contacted Nova about this but I keep getting generic responses. This is completely unacceptable and I have no trust for this firm. My account had problems with the new… My account had problems with the new server MantaTrade but they fixed it. It is been 8 months and still I’m Nova’s client. Had 2 payout but blew many accs lol I bought another acc to give it a try another time and if I fail then will stay away from trading for a few months.
