The only minor challenge centered around lapses in communication after the closing had taken place regarding some post closing matters. GBJust too many fingers in the pie and way too much paperwork. We had a lot of paperwork during the process and closing was over two hours long and still didn't have enough documents completed. There is a lot of funding issues with who signs what when and it's very expensive.

GBGood starting experience I recently completed my first loan with RCN for a property in Florida. There were no major surprises and the terms were not changed during the loan processing. What was told upfront was what I got. A special word of thanks to my loan officer (Chris Dorin) who was friendly, cooperative and responsive to my needs. He had a good understanding of the loan process and was able to explain it clearly. However, the Closing process took a little longer than expected and the Closing department was not very cooperative as experienced by my team. But with Chris and his team's help, we were able to move forward to Close in time.
