Thank you so much Nathan and Gabby!!! I got a call from Nathan Cohen at Brookstone Solutions after I went online to look for help with my mortgage because my lender wasn’t willing to help me. Nathan took on my case and I also had Gabby as my processor who processed my file from the beginning to the end. They both did such an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable the entire step of the way. I was able to save about $156 a month on my new mortgage payment BUT they were able to get rid of close to $7800 of back payments that I had which was the most important part! I was working with Jake snow and gabby Lopez, Jake told me they will lower my mortgage payment, it never happen, Jake told me not to pay my mortgage payment just pay the Brookstone solutions 1,500 for 4 months, Jake told me that they will be able to help me lower my mortgage payment, it never happen. Please refund my money back. I was 4 months behind my mortgage. It is not fair. Gabby and Jake told me that they will be able to help me. It never happen. Brookstone solutions took my money and never help me at all, that is so sad. I just loss my only son. In a tragic accident. You guys never help me at all.
