Not a good experience at all! Not a good experience at all!! I was contacted by this company and the rep, Doug Jonson was nice the FIRST time. After that he began pressuring me, demanding that I “call by noon or he won’t help me,” and had the nerve to then tell me that “I should have my mental health checked & get some help and that he was putting me on the dnc list & needed to protect himself from people like me,” after I stood up for myself & said he was predatory & unprofessional. They contacted me, not the other watt around. And the BBB link takes you to their profile & clearly states they are NOT BBB accredited. At times like this I don’t need more stress, threats or lies & clearly this company wasn’t contacting me to help me as shown by their actions, their derogatory comments about me & stating I’m on the dnc list. Sounds pretty helpful, huh? Very unprofessional & out of line, not to mention rude.

I am beyond grateful for Nathan Cohen… I am beyond grateful for Nathan Cohen at Brookstone solutions!! He literally saved our home from being sold from Wells Fargo!! We were 7 months behind on our mortgage due to loss of work because of covid and the bank put a auction sale date on our property for Oct 21st but thanks to Nathan and his amazing team at brookstone. I am very disappointed my payment … I am very disappointed my payment was 1100 a month and at 3,5% Nathan said they were confident to get my payment 951.00 and 2 % for the rest of the loan but now I am in worst shape 1200 and because interested is going up because incompetent government still don't know dont know % rate very said to take advantage of people 3700 was payment

We also owed a balloon payment on our home of 40,000 this coming September. &. Doug told me not too worry it’s taken care of . Brookstone solutions is a god sent we appreciate them so much. My husband & I. & our 5 granchildren. Being a senior citizen. I can’t stop drying my eyes. We are so fortunate. & blessed. We don’t have to sell our memory’s. Andrea💕

I was working with Jake snow and gabby Lopez, Jake told me they will lower my mortgage payment, it never happen, Jake told me not to pay my mortgage payment just pay the Brookstone solutions 1,500 for 4 months, Jake told me that they will be able to help me lower my mortgage payment, it never happen. Please refund my money back. I was 4 months behind my mortgage. It is not fair. Gabby and Jake told me that they will be able to help me. It never happen. Brookstone solutions took my money and never help me at all, that is so sad. I just loss my only son. In a tragic accident. You guys never help me at all.
