They gave me a closing date and worked quickly to gather all the right documents to help me prepare for the closing on time. GBGreat Experience! We used Summit Mortgage to purchase a new home and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Mike Lattery was so great to work with. He was always available to provide guidance on the process and ensure that we were getting the best rate possible. I also had a ton of questions throughout the process and he was always incredibly responsive, patient, and very thorough. Purchasing a new home is a huge process and can be very scary, but I felt like Mike had our back the whole time. Next time we purchase or refinance, Summit will be my first call.
