I have been a travel agent for 25 years and it may take looking for a few days as inventory and discounts change daily but I ALWAYS find the lowest price and the exact accommodations I need,

I recently did a 2 day trial with this… I recently did a 2 day trial with this company, as they had a good rate on a hotel that I wanted to get. Well, after trying the service, I cancelled the premium membership. I have contacted them several times about getting my money refunded and they still have not done it yet! It has been more than 5 to 10 business days from the day I cancelled (Oct 10th) and I am going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. BEWARE!!! Do not do any trial memberships with this company!

Booking a room at a Las Vegas hotel using GOSEEK.com I signed into GOSEEK.COM it already had the location and the dates of my stay from a previous search. You seem to have the best rate; $10/night under the other hotel booking sites and even $5./night under the best rate( with discounts) from the hotel itself! My only concern is the $25.00 cancellation fee you'll charge if I have to cancel my stay VS a free cancellation if i had booked with one of the other higher priced sites. I still would like to make sure I have a non-smoking room with 2 queen beds on a non smoking floor and away from the railroad tracks which the reviews point out could be noisy at night. Your site didn't provide those options.

I use to love Goseek.com I use to love Goseek.com, they'd be my first choice when booking a room. Then I signed up for the premium service. Unfortunately all the "deals" I tried to book were no longer available even though I would immediately try to book it. I then emailed Goseek requesting to cancel the premium. That was a week ago. I still haven't heard anything from them. Here's the real kicker, when my bank statement this morning I noticed that Goseek has charged my card twice. With the economy the way it is right now I don't have an extra $20 to give some multi-million dollar company. In my opinion this company is down right being shady by screwing over us middle class American's. Clearly if we were rich we wouldn't need to shop around for a good price when traveling. Any company that refuses to have a customer service phone number is up to no good.

I never recieved a confirmation number… I never recieved a confirmation number or e-mail and did not think I actually made any reservations. If in fact, I did, I absolutely refuse to pay anything! The hotel had no record of any reservation from me and I had to scramble to find a room that night. I will never use your service again and please destroy my credit card number.
