I use to love Goseek.com I use to love Goseek.com, they'd be my first choice when booking a room. Then I signed up for the premium service. Unfortunately all the "deals" I tried to book were no longer available even though I would immediately try to book it. I then emailed Goseek requesting to cancel the premium. That was a week ago. I still haven't heard anything from them. Here's the real kicker, when my bank statement this morning I noticed that Goseek has charged my card twice. With the economy the way it is right now I don't have an extra $20 to give some multi-million dollar company. In my opinion this company is down right being shady by screwing over us middle class American's. Clearly if we were rich we wouldn't need to shop around for a good price when traveling. Any company that refuses to have a customer service phone number is up to no good.

went to web site price was quoted on… went to web site price was quoted on click was referred to another website to make reservation price was not the same as stated on go seek and other website refused to honor the price. the same room and same hotel remained on internet for the original price stated on go seek for another hour

Used go seek to find the cheapest deal and got ripped Used go seek to find the cheapest deal. They displayed the hotel available for $120 instead of $160 then when I went to site and paid my card was charged in American dollars and ended up paying $170 for the hotel . pretty annoyed as you are ripping people off by not showing the correct pricing on your site. Will never use you again.

I have been trying to cancel my… I have been trying to cancel my subscription by email and have had not luck. I want to cancel immediately, or I will be forced to seek legal action. This is unacceptable. They do not have any type of phone number to call. If someone know of a phone number please let me know Kacy Cox
