I needed their help and they have always been there for my company. If you are a Business Owner and you are still using your personal credit to run your company, then you need to get onboard and start using your EIN for business credit. Definitely Not Worth It I started spotlight funding after I had already done some footwork on my own. The first person I talked to had me wait until I talked to the “expert” to take anymore steps. So I waited about a week to a week in a half to talk to the “expert”. He then explained the same exact thing that the first person I talked to had. To make a short story long once I finally started the program I was a few steps ahead and had explained everything I had already done but I still had to wait certain amounts of time for the next steps to open up. So please note this is a cookie cutter “program”. They do not customize it all and further more I was told they would provide a new list of vendors because they literally had probably 5 of the same type of vendors within one step and they never provided that list, I asked for it about 4 times (I have the email proof of this). Once the next steps opened up I had issues with certain vendors requesting my social security number. I asked the “expert” about it and he said it was to verify I was a person. Well, my personal credit was ran and a hard inquiry was made. So I called back and he said “you should have read all disclosures”. Again to shorten the story basically the next several months consisted of me called and never getting help. I have a record of multiple emails that never got responded to. So finally I requested my money back and the original sales person called and said “please let us make this right” after I explained the entire situation to him. He asked me to give him 48 hours and surprise surprise, he never called back. I called again and got someone else who again was going to call back and never did. The information they give can be found on NAV and done through your own research. You do not get the bang for your buck or the expertise that I expected by using this company. I really thought it was best to hire a company that had experience and expertise to help me develop my business credit and hiring them has been one of my worst business decisions. *UPDATE 10/5/2019 RESPONSE TO SPOTLIGHT FUNDING'S REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: I just send you an email with a screenshot of this review from my company email that I registered with so you can "respond appropriately" I also have a record of emails over the course of 6 months that were not replied to. I am sure I can also pull phone records of all of the phone calls I made to you guys where nothing was ever resolved. Please let me know if you need anything else to verify that I did not get the service you promised. *UPDATE 11/4/2019 I just wanted to update my review. I still haven't heard back from this Company. Unfortunately, I am not surprised.

Dont do buisness with this company very good at taking your money For stater wow the reviews look so amazing but they have to be fake havent herd from anyone since october was told no PG was told revolving lines of credit company vehicles buisness loans credit card $2000-$10000 was garunted alot an told them personal credit is being run theyed check on it an never get a response so they say they have a credit team would definetly not do buisness with this company save your money an find someone that knows what they are doing you work hard for your money so dont waste it on this company youll have better luck looking on youtube

Helpful Session but Work on Phone System The call was very helpful with James. He helped me get the basic foundation started with my DUNS number and walking through the process of getting Business credit. That being said, I am not giving this 5 stars because the call quality was horrendous and all that I heard was background noise, echoing and squealing which I couldn't understand. Hopefully they fix their phone system soon.

Spotlight Business Credit and Funding… Spotlight Business Credit and Funding falls into the category of another waste of time..a scam. a ripoff....Like most of these companies, at the beginning they promise unique results. This company didn't provide the service as advertised, neither the results. There is a this guy they call "Ray" who supposedly is the expert in getting business funding without using one's social security number. Failed, failed failed. Some of the round one lenders require personal credit; they do not tell you this. When certain round one funders do not allow you to buy products without using your personal credit, Spotlight Funding sent a list of round lenders who do supposedly allow you to buy products without using your personal credit. But to date (as following instruction)..there is no paydex score. After couple months they refuse to answer the phone to address your concerns, and sending emails (they claim they will respond in 24 hours) gets absolutely no response. Several times a phone call to them does not get answered. They pay people to give testimonials. Like all time wasters, when things do not go as they say it will, they began to hide and avoid having a discussion. DnB says the only way to to get 80 paydex score is to use their credit builder program. This is probably true. Only pay this company with your credit card. So when they do no perform you can demand your money back. Another waste of time and ripoff!!!
