Very rude Very rude. They will text you and send you an email to call a number. When you call they ask what you’re calling for. If you’re not talking about giving up $1200 or whatever the fee is at that moment, you get cut off in the middle of talking and told to have a great day. I suggest that if you are interested in moving forward and paying the fee, just act like you want more time to think about and what the behavior you receive from their end. I will never do business with them.

Helpful Session but Work on Phone System The call was very helpful with James. He helped me get the basic foundation started with my DUNS number and walking through the process of getting Business credit. That being said, I am not giving this 5 stars because the call quality was horrendous and all that I heard was background noise, echoing and squealing which I couldn't understand. Hopefully they fix their phone system soon.

He made me feel very comfortable and confident while giving me valuable and credible information to complete this credit building process. Some deposited money into this bank for… Some deposited money into this bank for me. They will not release the funds until I pay a fee. This place is a fraud. I dont believe its a real bank of any kind. I refuse to give them a dime of my money let alone my banking information. Im no fool and I will not give out any information from my bank account. This bank needs to be reported to the FBI for fraud and embezzlement. And I intend to do so.
