I only talked to them once and they… I only talked to them once and they took my money and I haven’t heard anything since and that been almost 2 years now

Definitely Not Worth It I started spotlight funding after I had already done some footwork on my own. The first person I talked to had me wait until I talked to the “expert” to take anymore steps. So I waited about a week to a week in a half to talk to the “expert”. He then explained the same exact thing that the first person I talked to had. To make a short story long once I finally started the program I was a few steps ahead and had explained everything I had already done but I still had to wait certain amounts of time for the next steps to open up. So please note this is a cookie cutter “program”. They do not customize it all and further more I was told they would provide a new list of vendors because they literally had probably 5 of the same type of vendors within one step and they never provided that list, I asked for it about 4 times (I have the email proof of this). Once the next steps opened up I had issues with certain vendors requesting my social security number. I asked the “expert” about it and he said it was to verify I was a person. Well, my personal credit was ran and a hard inquiry was made. So I called back and he said “you should have read all disclosures”. Again to shorten the story basically the next several months consisted of me called and never getting help. I have a record of multiple emails that never got responded to. So finally I requested my money back and the original sales person called and said “please let us make this right” after I explained the entire situation to him. He asked me to give him 48 hours and surprise surprise, he never called back. I called again and got someone else who again was going to call back and never did. The information they give can be found on NAV and done through your own research. You do not get the bang for your buck or the expertise that I expected by using this company. I really thought it was best to hire a company that had experience and expertise to help me develop my business credit and hiring them has been one of my worst business decisions. *UPDATE 10/5/2019 RESPONSE TO SPOTLIGHT FUNDING'S REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: I just send you an email with a screenshot of this review from my company email that I registered with so you can "respond appropriately" I also have a record of emails over the course of 6 months that were not replied to. I am sure I can also pull phone records of all of the phone calls I made to you guys where nothing was ever resolved. Please let me know if you need anything else to verify that I did not get the service you promised. *UPDATE 11/4/2019 I just wanted to update my review. I still haven't heard back from this Company. Unfortunately, I am not surprised.

My Credit Technician was very Insightful! My Credit Technician was very thorough, clear, thoughtful, and very helpful. He made me feel very comfortable and confident while giving me valuable and credible information to complete this credit building process. There is no doubt in my mind that Spotlight Business Credit and Funding are the go to guys to help your business succeed. Great job Ray!
