Never use these people or this company… Never use these people or this company a week before my closing they decided not to do the deal which all parties had signed and qualified for / lost the property I was buying and about 10 k in escrow monies would never even speak with these people / see you in the courtroom

Really easy to work with Bikal Shrestha Really easy to work with (specially Bikal Shrestha) faster pace, competitive interest rate however, they did not count my Reserve (drill) pay as my income source; they could not provide me a satisfactory reasoning either so I am little bit salty about it. Other than that, I would recommend you all, at least, let them try.

Awesome Refinance Experience! Just refinanced my existing home mortgage through UpEquity and United Wholesale Mortgage. Great rates, low refinance costs, and very responsive service. My loan officer, Robert Reagan, was fantastic. Always answered my calls, day or night, and provided great reasonable answers. The documents required weren't oppressive and ever changing as I've experienced in other refinancing. Closing was a little messy but every closing I've been through has had some dicey moments and this wasn't an insurmountable problem. I'm confident they will learn from it and get better.
