UpEquity - TradeUp Program I worked with UpEquity and their TradeUP Program. UpEquity's customer service and technology made the buying experience very transparent and easy to navigate. We were able to present a cash-backed and less than a 30-day closing which helped us get into a house in this CRAZY market. I don't think we could have managed the buying/selling of home without the TradeUp Program. It took a lot of the stress out of the equation and in short, made it financially possible.

Awesome Refinance Experience! Just refinanced my existing home mortgage through UpEquity and United Wholesale Mortgage. Great rates, low refinance costs, and very responsive service. My loan officer, Robert Reagan, was fantastic. Always answered my calls, day or night, and provided great reasonable answers. The documents required weren't oppressive and ever changing as I've experienced in other refinancing. Closing was a little messy but every closing I've been through has had some dicey moments and this wasn't an insurmountable problem. I'm confident they will learn from it and get better.
