GBThe whole experience with Street Shares…Horrific Experience The whole experience with Street Shares has been dismal. The sense of urgency and communication was extremely lacking. After getting an approval then the whole process fell apart. False promises and the whole platform is flawed and the company seems to only draw/attract business owners/clients by touting veteran owned. Deeply disappointing process and we are only writing this review after multiple failed attempts to escalate to management our concerns. We are still waiting to hear back from the principal partner/owner/GM without success. Potential borrowers beware of this company and try other options and get other quotes there is plenty of competitors that will take care of businesses with a solid history like ours and others.

GBGreat idea, needs polish two parts - online and in person The online experience was OK, but the website could have been more upfront and explanatory about how the auction worked, blended rates, etc. But the website/platform had some glitches that were wholly unnecessary. When I spoke to someone on the phone they explained an upgrade was coming, hopefully these are resolved now. But for something having to do with decent amounts of money, that never should have happened. in person - the first phone call i made to streetshares the person answering the phone interrupted me in the middle of my very first sentence to tell me they were transferring me to someone else. this is ridiculously poor customer service. otherwise the people in e-mail and on the phone were great - but that one very first impression was a very poor one.

GBExpensive but accessible Costs for loan are high, but the process wasn't too hard and the turnaround was faster than a bank loan. There were some stumbles along the way, so it wasn't as fast as advertised, but they did get things sorted out and get me the funds in a reasonable timeframe. If your business is too small and too new to qualify for a bank loan, or has revenues too low for the bigger "small" business loan companies, try them out - they may surprise you.

GBHorrible company Horrible company. I got approved for a business line of credit last year and 9 months later they say I can't draw on it. Even though I have a balance and THEY keep taking my payments. ***What did I get approved for then??? Lame a** customer service too. The rep on the phone was talking over me and very loudly. Like she didn't even care what I was saying. If I was her manage and heard that- she would be fired for talking to customers that way.

GBBeware of the Interest Rate The people are all great. The customer service is excellent. If you know your credit score is not the greatest, be prepared to pay an interest rate that is double most credit cards. I have a credit score around 675 and I was quoted at 27% interest rate... My credit card is only 12.99%.....
