price switching just wanted to let everyone know that this company will not stand buy their pricing. I ordered 500 oz of silver got confirmation, sent payment only to be told that they made a mistake and would not ship coins that I bought unless I paid extra 4 dollars a coin.2000 difference. They were also very rude.needless to say,I will not be buying from them ever again.

Satisfied first time customer I like how Bullion Exchange isnt written in the package itself, seems like a great way to minimize theft. Shipping seemed a little slow but that's on the postal service. The price was right and the website was easy to use. I've already ordered from Bullion Exchange again and will continue to buy more silver from them in the future.

Used to be very good, Now I question if they are Have had several orders through the years. Never had this much trouble waiting for them to ship. The money was transferred on the day of the order, it should take maybe 2-3 business days to clear and that is the max time. Usually that same day or the next. I'm on business day 8 and they finally acknowledge getting payment! That mean they have been sitting on the money for an extra few days getting the interest from it. I also now expect they over sold and are waiting for product so they can ship. Hopefully, it arrives in one piece but based on other reviews I suspect they have gone downhill in both service and business practices. What used to be one of the places I checked will now be a don't bother. There are better dealers out there.
