GBSatisfied first time customer I like how Bullion Exchange isnt written in the package itself, seems like a great way to minimize theft. Shipping seemed a little slow but that's on the postal service. The price was right and the website was easy to use. I've already ordered from Bullion Exchange again and will continue to buy more silver from them in the future.

GBShoddy Business Practices DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Bullion Exchanges ONLINE. ONLY IN PERSON using cash. I trusted them previously with online ordering. I no longer do. In a volatile market, they play games holding on to your bullion after receiving payment and informing you of the tracking # for FedEx shipping. They do not respond to emails nor do they adequately explain the delay in shipping. They say shipping and tracking info is generated by their system before bullion is ready to ship and that shipping can take up to 5 business days after they have received bank funds. Why are you holding my money for an additional week? I believe they are hedging the market so that they can cancel orders and refund buyers if there is a spike in bullion prices. Typical speculation, with other peoples' money. Bullion Exchanges does not respond to emails. Why leave a paper trail when you are doing Shoddy stuff?

GBNo issues with Bullion Exchanges, plan to buy again No issues with Bullion Exchanges. Sent Payment by Check through USPS First Class Mail. After a few days received email notification that they received my check. After the 5 day waiting period for clearance and a few more days for shipping, I had my items within 2 weeks. They shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Required.

GBNewly minted coins had dents, poor packaging First time I ordered from this site so may have a learning curve. I had to reach out to confirm receipt of wire transfer. That should post automatically. At least one of the 4 tubes of Britannia coins have visible dents on the rims. The monster box of Britannia coins had only one intact strap, was packed upside down, two tubes had displaced lids and there were a dozen flakes of silver on the inside lid. No obvious defects on coins in open tubes but not confidence inspiring.

GBBE = Bait & Exploit BE does NOT guarantee that brand new products from Government Mints will come in OGP! To say they are the worst in the business would be an understatement. I'd advice you invest your hard earned dollars in a business with some ethical standards! Honesty, gets you no where with these people and they will do everything in their power to manipulate reality. Steer clear!
