In a volatile market, they play games holding on to your bullion after receiving payment and informing you of the tracking # for FedEx shipping. They do not respond to emails nor do they adequately explain the delay in shipping. They say shipping and tracking info is generated by their system before bullion is ready to ship and that shipping can take up to 5 business days after they have received bank funds. Why are you holding my money for an additional week? I believe they are hedging the market so that they can cancel orders and refund buyers if there is a spike in bullion prices. Typical speculation, with other peoples' money. Bullion Exchanges does not respond to emails. Why leave a paper trail when you are doing Shoddy stuff?

After a few days received email notification that they received my check. After the 5 day waiting period for clearance and a few more days for shipping, I had my items within 2 weeks. They shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Required.
