During this pandemic I've been off work… During this pandemic I've been off work for a few months. I even called several times, but I was holding for a representative and as always it hangs up on me. I even emailed your company explaining my financial situation, but you still charged my account. Now today I'm in a even bigger hole with them because you took 324.00 out that wasn't in there to cover.

Took almost 3 weeks to get the deposit I was approved on sept 22nd now it is October 12 and they are claiming a deposit will go in in 1to 2 business days And they charged interest since the 22nd so my 500 is now 671. I’ve had 2 loans with leap before and no problems..this will be my last loan with them.

Delayed funding i applied nov 14th and… Delayed funding i applied nov 14th and still havent received my funds and it keeps telling me within 1-2 days ill receive it. I have accrued 288$ in overdraft fee's at my own bank because of this delayed funding. Won't do any more business with them in the future.

Funds Deposited $1,000 after 2weeks pay interest $239 after 3days deposited Funds are not deposited on my account in next 2 or 3days business day , then after 2weeks they deposited , after they deposited the $1,000, they want me to pay interest $239 in 3days . I was paid off the loan even I did not use it . All proofs are on my account . Even I’m complaint with them they will ignored you . Not recommend!!!!!!!

Pleasant experience even during difficulty Leap was good to try to reach me by all methods, understood my position during covid and offered me affordable option to pay off my account. Throughout process always respectful and kind.
