Delayed funding i applied nov 14th and… Delayed funding i applied nov 14th and still havent received my funds and it keeps telling me within 1-2 days ill receive it. I have accrued 288$ in overdraft fee's at my own bank because of this delayed funding. Won't do any more business with them in the future.

Customer Support/Rewards Initial application was easy. Loan was paid off quickly and suddenly they were taking money from my bank when I had a 0 balance on my loan. Took days and lots of calling to get fixed. No one you talk to can handle any of these situations themselves and you don't get to talk to the people who do. Frustrating. Also I have taken out a few loans and have never gotten any credit for payments towards the 50 dollar cash reward.

Pleasant experience even during difficulty Leap was good to try to reach me by all methods, understood my position during covid and offered me affordable option to pay off my account. Throughout process always respectful and kind.

I have paid off my loan months ago and… I have paid off my loan months ago and you have for 2 months you have debited my account again. However, you did credited it back, you first debit caused insufficient checks on my account. all of this when pandemic was going on.

Took almost 3 weeks to get the deposit I was approved on sept 22nd now it is October 12 and they are claiming a deposit will go in in 1to 2 business days And they charged interest since the 22nd so my 500 is now 671. I’ve had 2 loans with leap before and no problems..this will be my last loan with them.
