No Refund On Cancellation - Still Waiting I purchased a Challenge of $200k in January. Heard nothing, then cancelled a few weeks later in February. Requested a refund, then in March was sent details of a funded account. The email told me to cancel the refund. I had purchased elsewhere, so persisted in the refund through March. Still nothing. Now June raised the complaint again. Request refund. The reply was to continue trading your account !! I never opened an account. On logging in to the platform I can't even see the details of the original order. Yet it shows a nil profit on a $200k trading account active since March.

This is definitely the best prop firm… This is definitely the best prop firm that I have used, everything about them is automatic, I paid and got my account same time and when I passed I got my funded account just immediately I completed my kyc, and just yesterday I got paid my profit share. You guys should please keep this up. Support is fantastic. I could give you guys 100 stars if possible

Horrible experience Horrible experience with this shambolic company. Sadly I stuck with them when they were going through a bad time. They had connection problems with the server and I was not able to trade for 2 weeks, without any replies to my emails, They did eventually reply and had set up a new server but that went down and they have not replied to emails for over a month now. They now appear to have shut off access to my account and will not reply to my request for a refund due to the non-provision of service to my funded account.

I have to say my experiences with RFP… I have to say my experiences with RFP so far are just excellent. I passed my phase 1 and 2 without any big issues. Whenever i had to deal with the support they were fast customer orientated and eager to help me as best as possible. So now I am looking forward to generate my first payout and am positive that this will also go smooth as everything else until now :).
