Always another excuse to say next week we resolve everything. Only two ppl work for this company Charles and Steve. Everything is run on two email addresses with no responses provided. Yet another scam company meant to take away your hard earned cash. Go for the top programs and not these firms.

Total joke Brutal and clueless service. Passed and was awarded a 200k account months ago. Have been waiting for a payout for almost 4 months. They migrated brokers twice since then and now have no record of my account or proof of purchase even though I sent them the blockchain ID (I paid with crypto) along with their emails giving me new login credentials each time they changed brokers. This prop firm is brutal.

No Refund On Cancellation - Still Waiting I purchased a Challenge of $200k in January. Heard nothing, then cancelled a few weeks later in February. Requested a refund, then in March was sent details of a funded account. The email told me to cancel the refund. I had purchased elsewhere, so persisted in the refund through March. Still nothing. Now June raised the complaint again. Request refund. The reply was to continue trading your account !! I never opened an account. On logging in to the platform I can't even see the details of the original order. Yet it shows a nil profit on a $200k trading account active since March.
