Hello everyone, Hello everyone, I signed up for Helping America Group back in October 2015. They have been drafting my account for around $400 per month. I have tried multiple times to called the company I have been receiving letters about legal action against me?? They claimed that they will help you with your debt by calling all your creditors, however, almost 2 years and nothing has been done. My credit is on the floor and no answers. Anybody, knows anything or what steps to take?? Urgent please...

Just fed up with this company, my credit has dropped 100 points since I signed the contract, all my creditors that are on the program balances due are now 3-400$ higher than they were. My credit score is worse than it ever was, I have paid this company over $1500 and nothing has been done to pay the creditors. When I have received a call from 321, they just say stuff, but still nothing is done and I am truly unsatisfied with this company. Unfortunately there is a contract and they got me so far in debt now I will never be able to climb out of it.

Amazing Service When I call in I usually get one person repeatedly. That Agents name is Rita Daniels. She is an amazing csr, and is very direct and helps me understand all I need to know about my bill everytime I call. Very smart and intellectual customer rep, and she needs a raise! Give her a raise please, cause she definitely deserves one!!!

If any of you are keeping If any of you are keeping up with the 321 loans receivership you can see that the lawyers got themselfs paid what about those of us who sent them the money when do we get ours.Theypaid themselfs over a million dollars for less then 6 months of work with our money and we have not gotten squat sorry I am so mad at myself for believeing in such a scam
